New breasts or implants?
Prostheses are both loose and lime dentures. For many, this is the easiest and best solution. The construction of a new breast can occur 6-12 months after the breast is removed - or later. To build a new breast implies no increased risk with respect to cancer. There are various techniques to build a new breast:

Breast Reconstruction with their own tissue
One technique involves the surgeon moves an area from the belly, with skin, nerves and muscle to where the chest has been. It can also be used muscle and skin from the back. Blood supply to the tissue that moves may be retained in that supply blood vessels stuck in tissue samples. Graft is pushed under the skin up to her chest where it previously made an incision. Another technique is to cut the blood supply and remove tissue samples completely free from the body and then sew blood vessels to blood vessels in the chest with microsurgery.

Breast Reconstruction with the installation of the prosthesis
The easiest way is to build a new breast is using a prosthesis that contains silicone or saline. The prosthesis is operated under the skin and chest muscle. Then they make a new nipple, either with skin from the remaining nipple, skin from elsewhere on the body, or by means of tattooing.

In women with large breasts, it may be appropriate to expand the skin and muscles first with a vevsekspander. This operated in and filled with salt water and a little bit of tissue is the fabric so that a larger silicone prosthesis fit. It may also be necessary to operate the healthy breast to make it smaller, to achieve symmetry.
